1. Data protection at a glance
As a web engineering specialist, we value data minimization above all else. This site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tracking, and no external fonts from third-party providers. The only exception: with your consent, we use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the consultation form from spam (see section 5).
2. Hosting & Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address (possibly anonymized). This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
3. CRM Finder (Quiz)
Your answers in the CRM Finder are stored anonymously to evaluate and improve the recommendation logic. They are not linked to your identity unless you separately provide us with contact details (e.g. via the consultation form).
4. Consultation requests
If you send us a request via the consultation form, your details including the contact data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request. We do not share this data without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measure).
5. Google reCAPTCHA
If you selected “Accept all” in the cookie banner, we use Google reCAPTCHA (v3) on the consultation form to detect automated spam abuse. This transmits information such as your IP address, mouse movements, and browser behavior to Google LLC (or Google Ireland Limited), which may involve transfer to servers in the US. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by clearing the cookie consent in your browser and choosing “Necessary only” on your next visit. The consultation form still works without this consent, just without the extra spam protection.
6. Affiliate links
This website contains affiliate links to CRM providers. Clicking such a link records which offer was visited so we can settle commissions with our partner. No directly identifying personal data is transmitted to us in the process.
7. Your rights
You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing at any time, as well as the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data.
